• You would use one of the 3 display ports instead of HDMI.

• Are there not any other ports such as display or DVI ports, It is a Radeon RX 580? You should be able to use a combination of those ports.

• There is also a DisplayPort output. The DisplayPort is newer technology and some monitors do not have that output, but you can get an HDMI to DisplayPort cable for fairly inexpensive.
