Can this connect to a monitor with out HDMI? null

yes, DVI and display port as well as HDMI are supported. on my model anyway. I am finding that this company uses different parts for the same model number. Even they don't know what they put inside lol

Mine came with a AMD RX580, has HDMI, DVI and Display Port outputs.
