“After I open a game wiki page, this page suddenly jumped in and make noise. I don't know why and I didn't download any software besides a google chrome and steam. That page ask me to download something to update windows because it is broken.”

• I hope you didn't open the "windows repair" link. My CyberPower did not have any problems with windows. It updates without any issues. Sounds like you hit a bad wiki link.
