• Nubbo, i owned this computer recently and have since built my own, which is far more powerful for much less. If you want to install the drivers from the disk, you need to buy an external disk drive as Cyberpowepc’s don’t come with disk drives. I highly recommend returning the item and building your own pc.

• Does not have a disk drive the disk is in case it crashes you can buy an external disk drive to restore the os
