This is completely reliant on video settings in the in game menu as to will it run 140FPS, and not a cut and dry answer to how fast will it process the frames. If settings are selected correctly it very well could do even more than that, but at a sacrifice of graphical quality. So the real question would be at what resolution you are playing at, and what quality setting you are selecting. If you are running 1080P then shouldn't be too much trouble, but if its 1440P, or 4K then it might have some trouble as that is not what the RX580 is recommended for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I put it on max graphics, it went up to 100. When put to the lowest, it went past 200 FPS. So, I’m sure you will be fine with this PC. I highly recommend for the price.

The amount of FPS you receive in-game will vary depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your display, in-game graphics settings, as well as your network connection. It is always recommended that you check the system requirements of the game you would like to play before making your purchase.
