“Is Windows 10 pre-configured on this, or can I set Windows 10 up myself? I prefer lying on the install to say I have no internet to avoid the junk like Candy Crush being installed, then enabling Wifi later.”

• It’s pre-installed on it already with the extra junk already there so you have to uninstall what you don’t want
