Thanks for reaching out. This motherboard uses the AM4 socket for AMD. Please double check your motherboard for CPU compatibility. As for Intel CPUs, if you want to change the CPU, you will need to change the motherboard as the Intel series CPUs use the LGA1151 socket. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As for all intel CPUs that’s a no as the motherboard doesn’t support intel chips. But Ryzen 7 and likely 9 will be fine, worst case the motherboard may need a bios update. The motherboard mine came with can support all current Ryzen chips
