• A:Answer It is DDR4 3000Mhz and should be installed in matching pairs in slots 1/3 or 2/4 (they are color coded on motherboard. It was more cost effective to by a pair rather than match the one stick it came with. I upgraded with CORSAIR - VENGEANCE LPX Series 16GB (2PK 8GB) 3.0GHz DDR4 from best Buy. I am happy with performance with this 16GB ram

• A:Answer I would highly recommend just learning how to build your own as opposed to buying this pc, I had it for 2 weeks ran great then boom dead, but if your looking for a monitor look for 144hz refresh rate with a 1ms response time. Anything with those specs should be fine.
