QuestionWhen it comes to the mother board within the tower, are there additional slots where more ram can be installed? I notice it has only 8 GB of ram, so if I were to buy some new bars, would it be possible to add some extra RAM?

QuestionPC was Xmas gift and was working, but not now. Even though the PC is on, (you can hear the fan) going, there was no display on the monitor. When the computer is turned off and then turned on, a beep code is heard. How do we get support to resolve?

Questionso i just bought this pc, i really like it but when i play BF5 the fans spin like crazy and pc gets very loud, is there a way to control the fan speed?

The speed of the fans will increase as the temperature of your components rise to prevent them from overheating. - Answer There is no place on the case that allows for a CD Drive, However you could get an external CD drive to USB 3 device to use this on this PC

- Answer Yeah, but the 580 is a pretty good graphics card. Unless you have something much beefier for your Nvidia card, I don't know if it would be worth switching out.

QuestionThis is my 2nd pc in 4 days and I'm having another problem with the new one. I have the new computer and after 2 days, the one fan is running super loud. And not when its hot, this happens at bootup while in a cold room and starts loud and continues loud.

- Answer Is the noise coming from a fan in the graphics card? Check the cables underneath it and make sure they don't curve up too high and interfere with the fan blade. If that's the issue, just pull them down away from the fan. This exact thing just happened to us on Saturday when my son opened his. The sound was awful, but luckily it was an easy fix.

QuestionJust bought the cyberpopwer gma4200bst for my son. Fans are running but RGB lights won’t come on even after holding buttons located in front of the USB port. Please help.

- Answer Find the power button and hold it in until it shuts down completely, no lights, no fans. Then power back on and hopefully it boots normally. If it won’t shut down, pull the power to force it off. Then wait a few seconds, plug back in and power on.
