The best way to purchase more RAM for the PC would be to look up the serial number on the side of the RAM online and purchase the exact same stick. QuestionSo my sound hasn't been working lately. I've tried everything. My headset won't connect, the TV/monitor I'm using is working. I've googled it, and searched it up on the actual windows thing itself. No success. What do I do?

- Answer More storage space? It has 2TB HDD and a 256GB SSD. It doesn’t really need more, but you can use an external HDD and plug it into a usb slot. Or replace the SSD with one with more. This PC also has plenty of room in the powersupply chamber for another HDD.

QuestionWe've tried an Emerson TV and a Samsung tv to connect to the pc using 3 different hdmi cables and none of them worked ! Yes we are putting them in the bottom hdmi slot and we've tried customer support and they were no help! Is something wrong internally?

Question2 questions 1. Why did the system come with a disc and there is no disc drive. 2. The pc came with instructions not to plug a monitor into the lower HDMI port. What is that HDMI port for and why can't you plug an additional monitor into that port?

The HDMI port on the graphics card is for hooking up a display.
