Please try again later.The AMD 7 3700X is a better processor by a bit (triple cache memory, 3.6Ghz vs 3.0 clock speed, same cores - 8 - , features clocking, and slightly cheaper price). The GPU knocks the 1660Ti out of the water. Only thing better is the RTX2080 series, though 2070 Super comes close.. The RTX cost a LOT more. The only reason I would justify the RTX line though is if you feel you REALLY need the thread-ripping capability, but most games won't even have that option for a few years, at which point I'd wait for the prices to come down significantly or buy the better 2080 models to make it last & justify the expenditure. But if these are the 2 cards you are looking at, you probably aren't looking to spend that kind of money. This is the PC I bought at the start of December and so far I love it. I used these GPU rankings from GPU Hierarchy 2019, and other reviews.
