Yes, it's 99% ready to go out of the box. What's the other 1%..... You need to open the side of the case with the window. It has two thumbscrews, then remove the shipping foam that protects the video card and other internal components while shipping. Put the window back on, then fire it up. I'd say my 'out of box' experience was pretty good.
