I had an issue extremely similar to this yesterday, with the same exact computer. I swapped out every single part aside from the processor in the motherboard. Me and two of my friends were able to diagnose that it wasn't a graphics card, the ram was okay, and the processor was functioning the way they're supposed to. It started doing this thing where it would just load Windows for like 30 minutes when you turn the computer on, and then after that, if I try to restart the computer it would just load forever and then I would get a blue screen of death, it would say something about a driver power State failure. I used to safe mode, I did a fresh install of Windows, I swapped out the power supply, tried three different hard drives all with Windows on it. There is no way that I could figure out what was wrong with this computer, I would hope you got a warranty, and you can just take it back and have them fix it or you'll get a new computer.
