“It says it's suppose to come with 240 of SSD and 2 TB of HDD but only the SSD shows up. Am I missing it or is it no suppose to have it?”

You are supposed to have it, it might be disconnected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Im guessing the cable is loose. Take the panel out on the opposite side of the glass panel. Both the SSD and HDD is located at the bottom. The cables are easily accessible. The HDD is at the bottom. I would try disconnecting both cables and reconnecting and see if that works.
