Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes there should be a 2 pin loose from the right power connector. It has an 8pin and 6pin connection. I assume you mean why aren't the fans spinning on the graphics card? How long has it been running when you checked it? It may not start until it reaches the temperature parameter it needs to reach in order to start the fans to cool it down. otherwise it may be defective. I would suggest pulling the power pins out and reconnecting them if they do not start after a few minutes. Make sure you have the system off and unplugged before doing anything like this first. If you read the insert that came with the computer it stated to make sure to check all the wire connectors on the board. Carefully pull those out and then gently put them back in and check all the other areas as well as a preventative measure. Good luck.
