I had this computer, the liquid cooler never made any noises that alerted me to anything. I would say that it is possible that there is an issue with that specific one, but if it still works and cools the way it's supposed to then I would say you're fine until it stopped working. Not every product is created exactly the same. Yours might have a slight rattle or a weird noise that it makes but it'll function just the way it's supposed to. I had a liquid cooler before that did the same thing, and it lasted me the whole life of the computer until I got another one. Run a hardware monitor, play whatever games you're going to play, and I would say if your processor goes up above 75 to 80 degrees Celsius then it's probably not cooling the way it should, the highest mine got Was 70° under stress test.
