there is an application called ASRRGBLED thats under ASRock Utility. it should be running already when you boot into windows in the try by the clock. open it and you can control the Addressable RGB settings. Due note that this app may sometimes need to be closed for some games (IE Dead by Daylight and Fortnite) because the anti cheat programs will flag it and not let you play till you exit the rgb control app.
