“MY Desktop did not come with a Remote for the RGB inside the desktop. is that with all of them or did I just get one that was missing?”

There is no remote. If you check the top of the case on the opposite side of the Input/Output row from the power button there is another square black button. Each press of that will change the RGB settings from a list of pre-sets.
