A:Answer Hey, this pc could play arma reforger at 1080p although with some frame time inconsistencies(micro stutters,which in shooters can mean life or death lol) Games like Arma Reforger that are essentially big worlds with a bunch of different battles going on at once are very memory intensive, the only thing this build is lacking is a full ram kit to utilize dual channel memory speeds, so you would at least need to grab an additional RAM kit more than likely in my personal opinion. You can in theory just plug in any other random stick as long as they are same speeds,etc. but they will only operate at limited speeds. been gaming/building for years, my brother is in the market for this PC and we just missed the end of year sale by literal minutes... kinda bummed but I saw your question and hopefully this helps
