“We just bought this PC two days ago and the sound will only work via Bluetooth headphones. Any ideas on how to remedy this? We bought it on sale and it no longer is on sale and our store doesn't have anymore for an exchange so we'd like to fix it.”

Have you Updated the drivers? I had to call Customer service and they emailed me links with all the drivers that I needed to update. There very helpful.. I would try there first. Cyberpower 877-297-6937
