“What kind of water cooling does it have? and what kind of maintenance does it need? Also does it come already with water in it?”

Thank you for reaching out to us TOXICDUSTIN. This system should include an AIO ( All in One ) liquid cooling system. An AIO should come prefilled and does not require any maintenance besides dusting out the fans every few months.
