However, the amount of FPS you receive in-game will vary depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your display, in-game graphics settings, as well as your network connection. Here are links for the recommended/minimal requirements for two popular VR headsets https://support.oculus.com/248749509016567/ https://www.vive.com/us/support/vive/category_howto/what-are-the-system-requirements.html Also, if you do not feel like spending money on a new computer, you can always get the Oculus Go or the Oculus Quest. (No PC required for either one meaning you can take it anywhere) At the moment, I have the Oculus quest and plan to get the Oculus Rift S because it's weight is distributed better and you get much better graphics. Although, If you are okay with spending another thousand, I'd recommend the Valve Index.
