Take off the back panel where all the wires are and look for loose connections on the fan controller use tape to hold them together. I had the same issue then check that your video card is screwed in right a separate issue but mine was loose basically check everything. Good luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, the connectors came loose. At the non-glass side of the PC, determine where the fans are connected. Then make sure that they are not loose or properly insert them to the connector. That should fix your problem. But if it still doesn't work, you may have a defective fan.
