I'm very happy I took the gamble on this computer!! I asked the second question - about the number of DisplayPort outputs. The stock answer of "The manufacturer, form factor, and ... may vary depending on what was currently available at the time the PC was built." was very disappointing. I understand that CyberPowerPC will build each computer with what parts they have on hand based on bulk purchases, and that's how they keep the price down, but it was disappointing not to be guaranteed at least some minimum number of DisplayPort outputs. But buying from Best Buy I felt confident in just returning the computer if it didn't have what I needed. I was also concerned about possible no-name parts and their potential quality and reliability. But the computer came with all high-grade brand-name parts, and I couldn't be happier!!! As CyperPowerPC keeps saying, what you get may be different than what I got, but here's what I got: - ASUS Prime Z390-P motherboard (supports DDR4 up to 4266Mhz according to the manual, 6 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 3.1 ports, and has 1 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort, although they are disabled due to the 2800 Super graphics card). - msi RTX 2800 Super with 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPort outputs, cooled by dual fans. - Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3000Mhz CL15 (and XMP already turned on in the BIOS to run the RAM at 3000Mhz, so the 2400Mhz spec on Best Buy’s website was way conservative). - Intel 660p Series M.2 1TB SSD model SSDPEKNW010T8. - ATNG Power model AP-800X-G 800W PSU. I ordered when the computer was still on sale at $1750, so I feel like I got a huge bargain. Even at the standard $1900 price I feel this computer is a bargain for what it has in it, at least with the high-quality parts that came with mine. I would assume that future builds will come with similar quality parts. A gaming friend of mine priced out a "build your own by buying individual parts" with the same CPU/GPU/RAM/SSD/etc. and said he was several hundred more than this already-built computer. My only negative comment is that one of the connectors on the LED control board was loose (which is hidden behind the non-glass side panel). It has no latching mechanism and it was 1 of 3 connectors in a row with a piece of black electrical tape trying to keep them in place. (One of the pictures in my review shows the connector and how it was not fully mated and with the black tape removed, which I did to show the loose connector more clearly.) The instructions that come with the computer does say that before powering up the computer to check for any connections that may have come loose during shipping. In this case all that would have happened if I had not pushed the connection back together before powering it up is that one of the fan's circular LEDs would not have lit up. The fan would have been operating fine, though. So this minor complaint was not enough for me to drop down to 4 stars since everything else about the computer has exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this computer!!

Great PC 5 stars, Cyber Power one star

I purchased two of these on December 5th while on sale. The first computer the fan lighting didn't work. The problem was fan wires had become unhooked during shipment from poor wire management. Fixed wires on lighting and straightened the rest of the wires out. Opened second computer and noticed it had a chip in the back side panel. Upon opening PC for inspection saw one of the fans loose. Tried tightening and noticed that both bottom screws were striped out. Looks like they used a driver to install and over tightened. Because it slipped and scratched the paint inside case. Cable management on this one was much worse than the first. It looked like it had been thrown together. Fixed the cable management. Computer ran fine. Called Cyber Power to get a new side panel and fan shipped. They said they would not ship me a new side panel or fan. They said return to Best Buy. They have poor quality control. The second computer should've never left the factory like that. So because the company is to cheap to ship the parts to me. It will be returned to Best Buy today. I'll never purchase anything Cyber Power again.

This PC handles everything thrown at it. I paired it up with an MSI Optix Curved 27” monitor and its just stunning. The only cable that came unplug due to shipping was the led light of one of the fans, just had to unscrew the metal(not glass) side panel and there’s an rgb card that has cables plugged in by electrical tape. Just push it forward and repaste the tape tighly.

I bought this PC 2-3 days before the release of the new 30 series graphics cards ... after the release of the néw cards every decent to high end pc is out of stock... very pleased with this purchase. Luckily my brother needs a card so I will be purchasing a 3080 in the near future and selling my 2080 super to my brother for around $400. So either way I won! Right now 2080 super running CODMW 165 frames at 1440P on public matches and around 140-160 on warzone (medium settings) actually a good computer .. only thing I’m concerned is that during warzone the GPU heats up to 80-83 Celsius . I did some research it turns out it’s normal for the asus dual 2080 super to do that. . Fingers crossed ! Overall great purchase from a reputable company like Best Buy.. as far as monitor I am running an Omen 1440p 165hz .. from an Alienware 1080P 240HZ .. I prefer the omen over the Alienware at 1440P. Everything purchased at Best Buy! Yes! Lol hands down happy I purchased instead of building a PC and not being able to get my hands on a decent to high end card right now! Playing on a Corsair K70 rapid fire SE with a Logitech G502 SE mouse

The computer was not available in the store, so I had to wait to get it delivered to my house. Unfortunately, the box arrived smashed. As far as I can see, the computer so far is not showing any signs of damage. The protection inside the box absorbed all the shocks. The computer tower has no scratches and no bumps. So, fingers crossed... A screw was loose in the box when the computer arrived...My husband and I cannot find where it is supposed to go. Anyway, after an hour of assembling the parts, retightening loose parts (obviously, just by looking at the poor condition of the box when it arrived, we can easily guess that the shipping was very shaky), we managed to set up the computer and all is working well now. The graphic card is amazing, the speed of the processing is blowing my mind. I love it. I use this computer for photoshop, premiere pro, DaVinci Resolve, and adobe illustrator to name a few. I do not use this computer for games. I would recommend this computer to anyone who needs speed and graphic card power and quality.

By far, I'm enjoying this pc alot. First pc I've ever had and I'm loving it. Only flaw on this was that when I received it and opened it, my mouse was crushed and destroyed, and led lights were disconnected but that was an easy fixed, just replugged them and it worked fine. Would of gave a 5 star but my mouse came destroyed which was disappointing. Other than that, I'm happy with this purchase.

After paying over $2000 and waiting about a week, I finally received this desktop. Upon opening the box and looking at the actual desk top, there was SEVERE damage on the top, sides, bottom, back, literally all around this thing. The screws were sticking out of the back visibly bent, there were scratches and chips everywhere. It looks like someone used it for a full year, beat it up, then stuffed it in a box to resell it. Upon Calling cyber PowerPC, The customer service rep asked me to send him pictures. I sent him pictures of all of the damage on this thing. I asked him how they could possibly even attempt to sell this to a customer as a new item? I went back to Best Buy and asked if I could exchange it, they told me it would be another week to wait for a replacement. Do not buy this item unless you want to waste your money and a lot of time only to be disappointed. I am convinced that this company doesn’t even have a quality control department or process.

The i9 and 2080 are great and powerful at a good price. the biggest problem is the fact that it is falsely advertised. you are not going to get 1tb of memory, this comes with 500gb ssd and best-buy will do nothing about it. They will say you can reorder another one but that will also come with 500gb. Cyberpower will send you a 1tb ssd after you contact them and send them the old drive and/or money. The new drive they send might not even have windows on it. The whole system is not tested before they send it to you by bestbuy or cyberpower. Mine has a rattling fan and the wrong memory drive in it. Other than potential problems from the lack of quality control its a working system and powerful. It comes all ready to go with windows installed and all components plugged in.

Its fast and love the RGB lighting. One thing to note that if one of your fans' RGB lighthing isn't working, try and check the connection on the non-glass side of the PC. There is the RGB controller where the fan is connected that only a tape is holding it up. Make sure its connected properly and you are set. Its a minor setback. One thing I had a problem with was the wifi antenna, this is my third CyberpowerPC and I got used to a different kind of antenna. This build comes with the white circular antenna that I had no idea at first until I called customer support. Would have been better if there is some kind of label or instructions that comes with it. Not to mention two other components included that have no instructions whatsoever on what to do with it. I'm just glad CyberpowerPC customer explained it to me. Would have been great if I don't have to call customer support. That's why I just gave it 4 stars. Overall, I am thrilled and love the PC.

I ordered this PC online from BestBuy on 12/19/2019, and received it on 12/23/2019. I love it! This thing is seriously powerful and looks amazing. The i9 cpu is amazing and the graphics card is stellar. The fans are very quiet. Would recommend to anyone! The only issue I had was, it came with 3 uninstalled parts and no instructions on what to do do with them or how to install them (see picture).

Well I've watched a lot of the YouTube videos on pre-built computers and to say I was hesitant was an understatement. I even went so far as to buy the extra support for the unit because of the nightmares I read online here and other place. However the computer came with no scratches, dents and in perfect condition. The computer is lighting fast and very quite the fans make hardly any noise what so ever. Having quite fans was a must because I do a lot of filming for YouTube videos. I am very pleased with the unit and is so far rock solid and works perfectly. So why 4 stars instead of 5 two things 1. In the specs it says it comes with Windows 10, however when I got the computer it was loaded with Windows 10 Home edition. I intend to call Cyberpowerpc Customer Support when they open and discuss this I hope that they will provide me with the correct license key and this will be resolved. 2. The computer came with a ASUS RGB controller in a static bag however there was no documentation on if this was an extra piece or something that needed to be installed. After plugging up the computer and seeing that everything was working as expected. I had to assume this came with the ASUS motherboard however it was replaced with the Cyberpower case or fan RGB controller and they just put the extra part in with the rest of the equipment. However it would have been nice had they stated that. Overall very pleased with the computer and would recommend it it's extremely powerful.

I have been using this PC for a week now. Blazing fast PC with superior graphics rendering. All my 3D loads, runs and play smoothly. Loading time is phenomenal especially with the massive 1TB that is 100% solid state. I9 processor and the awesome 2080 super nvidia GPU just adds to its performance. I mainly use this to play games and make animation videos for my gig in Fiverr. I decided to upgrade because my old I7 PC just doesn’t cut it anymore. Editing HD animation is extremely demanding on system resources. This unit handles it like a pro. One other thing I like about it although not that big of a deal is that it came without any unwanted software that I end up uninstalling each time I purchase a new PC. Very satisfied with this PC.

Going well at first... but then bluescreens

    Posted .

As of posting this review, I was brought this PC two weeks ago and yesterday it was ready at the store for pickup. One day earlier than expected. So, a excited me goes over to Best buy to claim my first GAMING PC BEAST home to set it up. After 4 hardworking hours of me getting my new monitor set up, sorting out the grand battalion of wires that tried to make their home on my floor and desk, as well as cleaning and vacuuming to ensure the best, dust free environment for my new gaming PC... I finally take out my pc... with the utmost amount of caution and gentleness... I then plugged everything in... Everything was fine and good... Until disaster struck! Certainly, it was unexpected for it to bluescreened, but I tried to think positively! Although, it seemed to bluescreen after I tried to upload the files from my laptop to it via flash drive... Perhaps that was the problem? Actually, it can't be! Since my laptop was fine with them! Also, after it crashed, I started downloading steam... all was good... then it crashed again! But this time... every time I tried to boot up my PC, it immediately crashes! I went into BIOS to see what I can do to fix this, however, I verify another problem I have discovered while checking my PC components and storage... Is that it CAME WITH A CRAPPY ADATA NVME THAT IS HALF THE MENTIONED STORAGE. To be exact, it was 512 gigabytes of storage, even so, this is definitely poor quality control on Cyberpower part! Or maybe I am being far too harsh? In the end, besides the 4 hours of reorganizing my desk, wires, and putting together my whole set up, the main thing to complete it ended up being defective. Luckily, this pretty much happen on the first day I got it, so it was a easy trip back to the store in order to get a replacement with the correct amount of storage and a lack of bluescreens. I think you can see the ADATA M.2 in the images below! You just need to zoom in! And I will update my review once I get the replacement... in a week or so. TL;DR Bought PC and after setting everything up, bluescreens and has half the storage.

Pros: liquid cooling (AIO) with a smallish radiator but at least it has front and back fans.. Asus MB. 5ghz boost. Quiet. Got it on sale at $1750. Seem to be stable (no crashes so far.) XMP memory. Intel SSD. Cons: No games included. No easy way to control the RGB LEDs because the Asus card for RGB was included but not installed (???) Warms up the room (no heater needed this winter). Nervous about the PSU. Would have liked a better known brand like Seasonic or something. An RGB memory at least 3200mhz cas14 would have been preferred instead of the keyboard and mouse.

Every good thing you've ever heard about CyberPowerPC is true. They know what they're doing. They specialize in building gaming PCs and does it show. I'm not one to overclock so it was ready to rock out the box. Their cord management is impeccable. It's quiet too. .. I'm not sure what kind of framerates I get but I do play everything on ultra without breaking a sweat. I'd say the most demanding game I play is Red Dead Redemption 2, and it moves like a dream on ultra settings. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one down the line.

Bought this desktop for the sole purpose of gaming. Computer arrived as described, though it did take some time for delivery. Unlike some other people's reviews/experiences, I did not have any issues and there was no visible damage on any of the components. Easy to set up and super fast, it takes about 10 seconds from pushing the power button to logging into Windows 10. It handles all my games at the highest graphic settings with ease. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone who wants a beast of a gaming desktop. It's a beast at least until the next gen games start coming out.

I bought this computer because it was cheaper than buying the same components and assembling it myself by a few hundred dollars. Negatives: it comes with a few loose components which don't appear to have any guide to attachment. One apparently has to do with LED control and another with WIFI (but is not needed for WIFI, and I threw it away). The RAM also arrived loose and needed to be reinserted. Positives: the computer performs well for everything I've asked, except heavy big data tasks. If I wanted to handle those, though, I'd upgrade the RAM from 16gb. Games run well, even on high graphic settings. I will note that the computer puts out a good amount of heat. The cooling system displaces the heat, so the room gets hot, not the computer itself. Performance-wise, this computer has been solid.

Like you I was skeptical of buying this computer. This company has terrible reviews online, but this computer had what I wanted for the price I wanted. When I first purchased it, I easily played on it 10 hours a day. It handled well and still does. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the power supply. I got a really cheap apevia 800w. This company was known as aspire and they changed their name because of their horrid power supply’s. Everyone on the internet said return it or replace it. As you know if the power supply goes bad it could fry your whole computer and all the parts. I changed mine out for a Corsair product. If you do buy this buy Best Buy’s warranty as dealing with cyber power is a nitghmare. I do recommend this computer as it actually plays all the games you want at an easy 200+ fps, but you have to change the power supply.

The fans are not that loud, but still keeping the pc from overheating. The keyboard and mouse that comes with it are great too. My son enjoys the computer very much and would recommend it to everyone.
