QuestionHow do you TURN OFF and CONTROL the lighting of the computer?

- Answer Yes, the rear-most button on the top (behind the top USB ports) changes the color of all LEDs in the case (fans, cooler, & trim at bottom). The button cycles through about 8 options. I've attached a photo of the default multicolor and of red. If you press and hold the button it will turn the LEDs off. Press again and back on.

QuestionSpare the technical speak, does this PC have a graphics card that is up to spec for current level WOW playing? I have a 3 year old CyberPowerPc that for the last year when I log into my game I'm informed that my graphics card is inadequate.

QuestionIs this fan cooling or liquid cooling.if it’s liquid cooling do we have to put distilled water into once in a while?

- Answer It's both fan and liquid cooled. The liquid part shouldn't need any water. This is my second pc with liquid cooled and I had it for 11 years and it worked just fine.

QuestionI dont see a mention if the build and bluetooth. Also, the motherboard that is shared by reviewer, does not have wifi or bluetooth built in. How is that setup? The specification just says it has latest wifi. Could you provide more detail on that?

- Answer I just looked closely, and mine has an Intel model 9461 wireless AC (WiFi) and Bluetooth 5 combo card installed in a slot on the motherboard, which is what the rear antenna connector's signal comes from. QuestionWhat motherboard does this come with I want to upgrade the ram what's the specs I need to know

- Answer the mobo that came with mine is an asus z390 -p it came with 16 gigs of adata ram I took out one of the memory modules so I could read the model number then found the same ram online and bought 2 8 gig sticks now I have 32 gigs of adata memory.

QuestionHow much Internal PCI Express 3.0 x4 (NVMe) slots does this come with because i can make things easier and clone the windows install to a better SSD or i will have to do a fresh install

QuestionAre there any expansion ports on the PCIe lane? Any extra x1 or x4 slots?

- Answer I hope their answer to this question is wrong because the specs on the page say there are multiple x1 and x4. They only mentioned an x3 in their answer and with there not being extra sdd nvme m.2 since they used that slot for their ssd, I need an x4 to be able to add another nvme m.2 sdd for more storage space by using an x4 adapter. If this is ANOTHER PreBuilt OC that comes nowhere near matching the listed specs on the page, I'm going to be upset. I already own a CyberPowerPC that was good the last 2 years but I had to return a IBuyPower from the weekend because they installed the motherboard wrong AND it was BAD anyways. PLEASE DONT LET ME DOWN this time CyberPowerPC. I cant imagine a $1900 PC build having only a pci-e x1 for expansion. If that's the case it will be highly upsetting and another return for me.

QuestionWith only 1 HDMI port, is there any way to set up multiple display monitors?

- Answer In my review I wrote that mine came with an msi RTX 2080 Super which has 3 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI outputs. (The 1 HDMI port listed in the specs is on the motherboard, but it's disabled.) I have two ASUS 4K monitors connected via DisplayPort (and nVidia G-Sync successfully working with those ASUS Freesync monitors) and also a 4K Samsung TV connected via the HDMI port.

QuestionSo i have this exact computer , and the fans and all the internals are in the same spots. My question is would it even be possible to stick in a 3090 with my case and or power supply even cause of fan. id like to buy one but is it even possible? thank you
