QuestionDoes your company quality control check your builds? We just got an iBuyPower PC that installed the motherboard wrong and then tried to jam the metal IO sheild onto the back of the case and basically all of the ports were blocked & I wasnt the only one.

QuestionWould the Hydro Series™ H100i PRO RGB Liquid CPU Cooler with its 240mm radiator & 2 120mm fans fit this build? I'm assuming it would be a step up from what comes preinstalled. Do you only use a 2 fan 2080 super? Ibuypower used a 3 fan version card.

QuestionPage says 2 pcie x1 and 2 pcie x16, is this correct? Or at least 1 x16 or x4? I can use the x4 or x16 to be able to slot an nvme m.2 EXTRA SSD. Since you guys use the nvme, I have a pcie x4 nvme m.2 adapter to add an extra Samsung 1TB nvme m.2 ssd.

QuestionI guess the case basically stays the same even though parts may vary on this PC. What size Liquid Cooling system will fit in it and also is there any room for extra fans? I read some i9-9900k "bad" chips & the 2080 supers with only 2 fans can get hot OCed

- Answer Mine came with six USB 3.0 ports (2 on the top of the case and 4 in the back) and two USB 3.1 ports (on the back).

QuestionOk so I was wondering if I could replace the existing 2400mhz 16gb ram with 3200mhz 16/32gb ram considering the 2400mhz isnt as fast or If there would be a issue with replacing the 2 sticks.

- Answer To be specific, it comes with Windows 10 Home. If you need the advanced features of Win10 Pro (connect to domain, Hyper-V virtualization, etc.) you can upgrade online for $99.

QuestionIs there a way to order this and ask for some extra drives and extra Ram to be installed? Or do I have to buy it first and bring it back in to have that added? (Of course I know I can add it myself after purchasing)

QuestionCan I put fans in the front of this pc? Picture looks like the front case is covered with no air flow.

The amount of air flow should stay the same, it is just mounted in a different position. QuestionNewbie question: Can I add a HDD to this pc? The item description only states that it has a 1TB SSD.

- Answer It has multiple SATA ports on the motherboard and drive bays in the bottom hidden area where the PSU is (not visible through the left glass side panel, but accessed by removing the right side panel). See the attached photo.
