“Newbie question: Can I add a HDD to this pc? The item description only states that it has a 1TB SSD.”

It has multiple SATA ports on the motherboard and drive bays in the bottom hidden area where the PSU is (not visible through the left glass side panel, but accessed by removing the right side panel). See the attached photo.
