“Spare the technical speak, does this PC have a graphics card that is up to spec for current level WOW playing? I have a 3 year old CyberPowerPc that for the last year when I log into my game I'm informed that my graphics card is inadequate.”

Yes the 2080 Super is more than enough to run WoW.
