“Is this fan cooling or liquid cooling.if it’s liquid cooling do we have to put distilled water into once in a while?”

It's both fan and liquid cooled. The liquid part shouldn't need any water. This is my second pc with liquid cooled and I had it for 11 years and it worked just fine.

The water within the AIO does not need to be refilled or changed. The only maintenance needed for the liquid cooling system would be to dust out the fans and radiator every few months.
