QuestionWhy are the fans on this PC so loud? Brand new, out of the box, upon startup, the fans don't ramp up or down, and run at a very high, constant speed. Changing fan profiles in BIOS doesn't help. Why? Yes, I called cyberpower tech support. Not happy.

- Answer Damion, I run everything at 144+ on ultra even current games like BF6, EFT, and Arma Reforger. Same goes for GTA and other games. All simulators including flight are as t high fps as well. I hope this answer your question.

QuestionHow do you mount a HDD to this PC case? Is there a part number for the case to look at pictures online? Would I need to supply my own SATA and power cables? I have an HDD from my previous PC and I want to install it on to this PC. Thank you!

- Answer I would recommend transferring your data to the hard drive that comes with this computer. It is MUCH faster than SATA! If you need more than 2 TB of storage, you can install another NVME drive. There are two slots for these on the motherboard.
