Q: QuestionIt says this is a physical copy for PC, but many of the comments say it is a GoG code. Is this a physical disk to install the game or is it a code to download the game? Thanks!

• A:Answer There is no physical disc, it comes with a GoG code to download the game. However, the physical copy comes with physical goodies such as the soundtrack CDs, game map, stickers, and a free steel book which is a Best Buy exclusive. I attached an image with everything you get with the PC physical copy.

Q: QuestionCan we choose the Steelbook if we pre-order in person? The page for "Steelbook Cyberpunk 2077 case" says: Order online for a surprise character, or stop by your local Best Buy store to make your selection. Does this apply to in-store preorders as well?

Q: QuestionHow fast does the game ship when I pre-order it? Can I reasonably expect to get it the day the game is released? In addition, is there an option for me to pick it up at my local best buy?

• A:Answer I have pre ordered many games from Best Buy and the only one that was late was Animal Crossing New Horizons, which came out right as COVID-19 started. All other games I’ve pre ordered have arrived on the release date and usually ship a day or two before. Yes there is an option for pickup at your local store.

Q: QuestionMy pre-order says my game will be available for pickup Friday December 11, however the game releases on Thursday December 10. Will I be able to pick it up December 10?

• A:Answer I contacted support about this and they said on there end it says it will release on the 12/10/20 but my pickup date was scheduled for 12/11/20. Seems like it's just a pre caution as I am sure we can get it on the 10th at least. Hope that's the case! I have not received the "Order is Ready" e-mail yet.

• A:Answer No, you will not be able to pre-load this physical edition copy of the game. You won't be able to download the game until you get the physical copy and redeem the code found inside it. If you want to pre-load the game before release, you should pre-order the game digitally on GoG.com or Steam.

• A:Answer You won't get a download email, these idiots will literally ship a box with a piece of paper on it that has the code. They shipped mine yesterday and it's coming on the 15th. Do yourself a favor and get it from GOG/Steam.

• A:Answer I asked a question like this a couple of days ago and BB removed it. Watch, they will remove this one next. What is wrong with these guys, did you notice that they have even greyed out the customer service link on the order detail page (it says unavailable) for cyberpunk? It works just fine if you go anywhere else on the site. They don't seem to be having any problems stocking and restocking the product in store, but can't mail our copies out. I ordered mine a week before launch expecting a launch day delivery as that's what it said on the website at the time. This is total garbage. Don't ever use BB for pre-ordering launch day items as they don't deliver and will lock your order so you can't even make changes to pick it up locally when they completely fail to do as they stated. They just take you money and for days tell you they are working on it. When will it ship? "Soon" is the only answer you get.

• A:Answer Yes, all physical bonuses will come in a playstation/xbox like game case for the pc edition, and a sleeve over it. The sleeve over the case has some things like post cards, poster, etc. that fit between the case and the sleeve, but it is all in one package. I'm not sure if it will be included if purchased now, but for a pre-order bonus there was steel case that came with it separately. If that is still being included, then you will have two items to carry.

• A:Answer The shipping preorder might arrive on the 9th, allowing you to preorder and preload(its just a GOG code plus all the physical goodies). other than that, you're gonna be waiting on launch day with everyone else who doesn't preorder digitally to download the entire game.

• A:Answer The packaging includes a download code that is able to be redeemed with GOG. Extras included in the box are, 3 postcards, 2 soundtrack CDs, a map of night city, stickers and a pamphlet that provides an overview of the game. There are a few unboxing videos on YT that shows what’s included, if you prefer a visual.
