I asked a question like this a couple of days ago and BB removed it. Watch, they will remove this one next. What is wrong with these guys, did you notice that they have even greyed out the customer service link on the order detail page (it says unavailable) for cyberpunk? It works just fine if you go anywhere else on the site. They don't seem to be having any problems stocking and restocking the product in store, but can't mail our copies out. I ordered mine a week before launch expecting a launch day delivery as that's what it said on the website at the time. This is total garbage. Don't ever use BB for pre-ordering launch day items as they don't deliver and will lock your order so you can't even make changes to pick it up locally when they completely fail to do as they stated. They just take you money and for days tell you they are working on it. When will it ship? "Soon" is the only answer you get.
