• this pc is an AMD, not an Intel, so no.

• Owen, Yes you could upgrade this to an Intel i7 without swapping out the power supply. However, you would have to swap out the motherboard and RAM, since the motherboard currently installed is for AMD processors, not Intel. Thank you,
