The Palladium TGM369KBU is a powerful system, but for 3D Modeling, the system requirements for AutoCAD 2016 currently available at this time (11/07/2017), indicate that a workstation class graphics card is needed. This would typically be something like a Quadro, FirePro or Radeon Pro series card. We would suggest contacting the companies the produce the software you are seeking to run, and confirm whether or not the features you are going to use are compatible with a GeForce GTX series NVIDIA card. As far as sending PDF drawings across the U.S., issues you may encounter would be based on things such as internet connection speed, maximum attachment size, if sending by email, and other variables not directly associated with the computer system.
