“I have ordered this system through BestBuy. I read somewhere in another post that it may take up to a month to receive the system. Is this true? BestBuy gave an estimated pickup date. How accurate is that date?”

mine took about 3 weeks longer that the original pickup date

Your best course of action would be to give our friendly Customer Service Staff a call toll-free at 1-855-490-2569 with your order numbers handy and we can check to see if the order is being fulfilled by us, and provide a more accurate ship date if that's the case.
