A:AnswerHello Evan
The model carries an ASRock Z170A-X1 motherboard, with an ASUS graphics card and Crucial RAM.
As far as Wi-Fi cards go, The Model does not support the old PCI types. However, If you are trying to use a PCI Express Wi-fi Card version, You can install one on the motherboard no problem. Heres an example of what the card needs to be like, "Fenvi Desktop PC Dual Band Wireless WIFI PCI Express PCI-E Adapter Card 2.4Ghz-150Mbps/5Ghz-300Mbps". That card run on the Motherboard and on Windows 10. As long as the card is compatible with Windows 10, You are good to go using Wi-Fi. I am planning on adding a Wi-Fi card as well myself.
The RAM I have seen in my tower has 2x 16Gb's Cards but I don't know if Cybertron had that assembled by default. They get your order, they assemble it, and ship it. You can always ask them but I cannot confirm that. The motherboard comes with 4 RAM slots and I'm using 2 of them with 16GB Cards for 32GB's of RAM. if you get 2 more 16GB RAM cards, you can expand it to 64GBs of RAM.
Other parts to go by: I'm just going by what I know that I can add into the tower later on
2 More 16GB RAM Cards
2 Extra Hard Disc Drive Slots
1 Extra Solid State Drive Slot
1 Extra DVD or Blu-Ray Drive Slot
The Cables for adding parts on the mother board is very nice and easy to add or take out.
If you do buy this Computer through BestBuy BEWARE. BestBuy will not have this Computer in their inventory or stores so it will take about a month. Cybertron International will get your order, assemble your pc, and ship it out for either store pick up or by home address etc. You will get it, but it will be awhile.
Because this pc uses Windows 10, you will have to use a coin or something to scratch off a part of a scratch surface of the CD KEY to reveal the rest of the key code for Windows 10 on the side of the tower. Its some security thing that Microsoft is doing now I guess which is understandable. If you have trouble with it and have issues using the key and activating windows, contact Cybertron international. They can help you right away.
Hope this helps.
A:AnswerTJ,
In its current configuration, as of 12/30/2016, the TGM369MBU has an ASRock Z170A-X1 motherboard, with an ASUS graphics card and Crucial RAM. Now these parts can vary based on available quantity and for what the order calls for, but all parts selected will be from our select list of trusted brands and meet the same specification requirements.
Thank you,

Thank you for your interest in a Palladium series system!
Our systems arrive Bloat-ware free, with the advertised operating system (if any) installed.
Thank you again!
A:AnswerBob970,
It sounds like the video cable may be plugged in the incorrect slot. There are two sets of video ports on the PC. You want to make sure you are plugged in to the lower set of video ports that run horizontally and are next to the red sticker that says "Attach Display Here".

This PC does indeed come with a closed-loop 120mm liquid cooler on the CPU. And, in it's current configuration, which is subject to change, this PC ships with an ASUS GTX 1080.
Thank you,
A:AnswerRyan,
Nvidia is the manufacturer of the board, whereas their partners are the ones who produce most of the video cards. What you would receive is a GTX 1080, but the brand may vary. We vet our stock very carefully and only use trusted brands in our systems.
Thank you,
A:AnswerUtterly,
While we cannot give specific numbers, we can assure you that this PC is built with 4K gaming and VR in mind. While you may not be able to max out every triple A title in 4K, you should have absolutely no issues with VR and most titles at 4K.
Thanks,

The system comes with Windows 10 Home. Since this system is pre-built when sold through Best Buy, it cannot be upgraded prior to shipping, but is fully compatible.
Thank you,
A:AnswerAnthony,
Typically the RAM used in this build is DDR4-2400Mhz. As for the graphics card, it can vary depending on the revision of the build. Typically we use an MSI or ZOTAC brand GTX 1080, but the revision has been known to use EVGA as well.
Thanks,

Thank you for your question!
This is certainly a powerful system, and can perform many non-gaming tasks well.
However, whether or not it will work well for your particular needs will depend in large part on the specific programs you plan to use for graphic design and especially 3D animation tasks.
Many of these types of programs require professional grade graphics cards, such as NVIDIA Quadro, or AMD Pro series cards.
So that we can better assist you in finding the right one of our system offerings here at Best Buy, to suit your needs, please contact our Friendly Customer Service Team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569. We're happy to help!
