QuestionI was trying to find out what mother board is used in the current model ? If the memory, cpu , GPU, are able to be overclocked ? Am trying to Figure out if this model would be able to handle Adobe premier pro , after effects ,auditions with ease?

- Answer RayRay, Thank you for your interest in this Palladium configuration! To address your questions: As currently shipping, the motherboard is an ASRock Z370 Pro4, which does support overclocking. The processor is an Intel i7-8700K, which is overclockable. The memory supports overclocking, and the video card can also be overclocked. This being said, please know that while modifying the hardware configuration does not void the warranty we provide, damage caused by overclocking is not covered. With regards to the various software packages, you didn't mention which versions you would be using, so we checked with Adobe regarding the system requirements for the current CC versions of each. Based on the information available at this time (11/16/2018), this system meets or exceeds the requirements for Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition. - Answer cm18, Thank you for your inquiry about this Palladium system! This configuration uses a closed loop cooler, and so does not need the fluid refilled. Thank you again!

QuestionSince this computer doesn't appear to have a wireless card, if I added the wireless card from my current computer, does that negate any service plans or warranty either by the manufacturer or Best Buy?

- Answer I feel your pain. I also miss the days of printed manuals. As for your monitor, you can purchase adapters to hook up your monitor. I needed to do this as I have 2 monitors and a mixed reality headset plugged in now. They were available for puchase at my local Best Buy. I know the frustration of getting new tech and having to purchase additional hardware/software but over all I have been very happy with the purchase.

- Answer DavidNJ, All current models of this PC shipping out will have the i7 7700K. If it happens to be a model that Best Buy has had for a while, there's a chance it will be a 6700K. You may call Best Buy and verify whether these are the current revision that they have in stock. Thank you,

- Answer Dave, The current configuration is listed below, and it is likely that these are the brands you will receive, but there is always a chance that something goes out of stock and has to be substituted with a different brand. As for this build not being on our site, that's just simply because this build is made specific for Best Buy. QuestionI have ordered this system through BestBuy. I read somewhere in another post that it may take up to a month to receive the system. Is this true? BestBuy gave an estimated pickup date. How accurate is that date?

QuestionTMG369MBU - this system is not listed at Cybertron support site. If I do a full install of windows 10 pro (licensed) over top of the existing win10 home, what will I need to reinstall the Cybertron utilities and drivers for cooling, CPU, Motherboard..

- Answer MikeD, If you decide to install Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and not utilize Windows 10 Home that comes with the system, all you will need to reinstall is your standard drivers. Typically Windows will install all the necessary drivers you need, though we'd still recommend installing the latest Nvidia drivers from their website. We ship the systems out running stock Windows as it is, so there is nothing extra that needs to be installed. Thanks,

- Answer I use this computer for gaming and editing video for our YouTube channel Triggerfish gaming. The 32 gigs of memory make editing a snap compared to my previous rig. Games run silky smooth.
