QuestionI was wondering if the glass panel could be removed to upgrade certain parts of the computer (like the graphics card) or if this is even customizable at all?

- Answer Arbiter457, thank you for your interest in one of our Rhodium series systems! Yes, the side panel with the plexiglass window can be removed to expose the internals of the system, so that you can modify the configuration. Please note that any properly installed component (internal or external) that does not damage the system will *not* void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support, which we at CybertronPC provide for the computer. QuestionWill this pc be able to run arma 3 if so how will the fps and graphics be?

- Answer Enki, Yes it can, though the specific FPS will be tied directly to your monitor's resolution and what settings you are playing at. That's not data we have on hand to provide. This performance should be smooth at medium settings, even possibly medium/high. Thanks,

QuestionIf I was to place an order for this PC online, would it be possible to pick it up in-store and pay with cash? Or would my credit card be charged immediately?

- Answer Online orders need to be paid for at the time of purchase. Same if you go into the store and order it through their system. This is not a stockable item. There will be about a 2-3 week lead time before being able to pick it up at the store.

QuestionI have been reading questions and answers and some has gotten me confused about "WIFI USB" does it mean it can't connect to an internet source wireless?

- Answer PcBuyer, Thank you for your interest in a CybertronPC Rhodium system! Although the configuration does not ship with WiFi capabilities, you can easily add them, if you so choose. The easiest way to do this, is to use a WiFi adapter that plugs into one of the external USB ports on the system, hence the references you have been seeing to WiFi USB or USB WiFi. - Answer Andrew, While we cannot speak to specific FPS, as this will depend on several factors, such as your screen resolution, internet connection, etc., we can state that based on the information available at this time (11/28/2017), this Rhodium GTX gaming desktop meets or exceeds the system requirements to run Rainbow Six Seige.

QuestionCan this PC run overwatch at EPIC settings if so how much FPS do you think you could get with EPIC settings on?

- Answer Mclovin, It will depend entirely on what resolution your monitor runs at. The system should be able to play on EPIC settings with a lower resolution, but if you are gaming at a higher, more intensive resolution, settings in the medium/high range will offer the best performance. Thank you,

- Answer Jadon, While the system requirements vary wildly between these titles, you will be able to play all three titles. We'd anticipate that if you're gaming at a moderate resolution, you could play ARK at medium settings, RUST at medium-high settings, and World of Warcraft closed to maxed out, somewhere around high-ultra settings. QuestionCan i change the ddr3 to ddr4 and will it be compatible to the RAM? Also, what's the voltage of the power supply?

- Answer ThatGamer21, You can change the RAM from DDR3 to DDR4, but it would require swapping to a motherboard that is compatible with DDR4, which this one is not. The power supply can run at 115v or 230v, but unless you are outside of the U.S., make sure you run the power supply at 115v, or you risk shorting out the system. Thank you,
