There is currently no support in the Cync app for sound or music control, one of the significant downfalls of this 'system' IMO. I can't believe it won't come in time and can't understand why there doesn't seem to be a priority on it from GE, and yet here we are. Many smart home hubs like Alexa have ways to work around it but they are cumbersome when not supported directly by the manufacturer. So far, they haven't been worth the trouble to me, but I haven't missed the feature as much as I thought I would, especially given all the positive benefits I've gained from going to them.
