Thank you for reaching out. The Cync 4-Wire switches can work in a 4-way configuration however all switches on the same circuit must be replaced with a Cync or C by GE Smart Switch. Feel free to contact us at 1-844-302-2943 if you have any additional questions. -Cync Support
