• No it doesn’t have a timer but you can always open the app and turn the lights off if you think they are on.

• you can automate it to turn off or on at specific times of the day in the GE app

• Sorry but I’m not able to answer that question since I have not had a chance to install it yet. However the expectation is that I can set a routine up with my Alexia app like all of my other products.
