No, you need internet for this one. Ones that dont usually are a whole security system, though I'm sure there might be some exceptions. These single ones generally do. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This puzzled me too, cause even if you plug in an Ethernet cable during setup it insists on setting up a WiFi connection. I never tried *not* setting up WiFi, but seeing how a wireless router is listed as a requirement it's a good bet it won't work without WiFi. Quite odd. If WiFi is a requirement, then it would also be impossible to connect the cam via a POE cable.

It either way needs connection because it is setup and configured via the app but in order to reach it outside like if your at work and it’s at home I believe it needs to be connected to the internet
