add the sd card, plug it in, connect it to your wifi network and download the app (or open the website on computer) and sign in for first time, you will automatically see it working. name it and set up the motion sensor and audio sensor right from site or app and done.

The full instructions can be downloaded on their website, although even after downloading it, I could not get to Advanced Settings because of some scary web security warnings. Here is what I did: You put card in camera. You go to settings and click on camera view/live view. There are settings (dots) in top right corner. Select settings and go to Playback. if the camera has been recording you will see a date listed in queue. Click on date and you will see recordings. If you go to settings on Playback screen (bottom left dots), you will see Playback Settings that has Available space of your card, and step for formatting as well. Good luck.
