“I have this camera set up at my home watching my dog. If I were to travel with my dog can I set it up at a hotel to watch my dog when I leave like at home or if visiting family at their home? If so what do I need to do?”

You would need access to the modem or you would have to have another cell phone with Tethering and maybe that might work but other then that I don’t think so.
