I had to use Internet Explorer from a windows computer to do the detailed adjustments and when you first get logged in, you are prompted to download and install a special browser plugin before it will work. I refuse to use edge but I assume it is the same. (The alternate browsers are stopping the use of particular plugins due to security concerns). You'll waste your time trying to use those browsers on an apple device for the above reason, they won't work, no plugins anymore. Borrow a windows computer and use IE instead, you can then uninstall the browser plugin when done. That's why I have windows devices and not apple, lol. They just work for some particular tech stuff.
