• It isn't a "Closed Circuit" security camera, but if you have an auxiliary monitor or TV hooked up to your computer then you could have a constant live view through either the My DLink website or the IP address of the camera. Video recorded to the SD card can be viewed the same way. You can see from your phone anytime though.

• If the tv is a Smart TV model with a browser, with which you can login to the dlink website, or if the TV can download the mydlink lite app then yes
