• When a hard drive reaches its capacity, it simply means that no more data can be stored on it.

• Tech support says a fix is coming - no time frame. I've had mine since best buy first offered them. Still worthless. I use a 165G usb drive that when full backs up from 162G to 158G and starts from there. Tech support is worthless. I have been hung up on at least 3 times.
