- Answer The interior light will default to off. It can be turned on to run continually. Due to energy efficiency requirements for an appliance of this size, there is no option to have the light turn on when the door opens.

- Answer I would not recommend building this unit into a space that size. This is a free standing unit that requires a minimum of five inches of space on both sides and the back for proper air flow.

- Answer Good morning and thank you for your question. Unfortunately no, this unit cannot be used outdoors in non climate controlled areas. We do have two outdoor models available, the DAR055D1BSSPRO and the DAR055D2BSSPRO.

- Answer Hello, Thank you for your question. There is a fan located inside of the DBC026A1BSSDB. It is at the top of the unit on the back wall. The fan cycles on and off approximately every 20 seconds but it will run continuously when the compressor is running. Regards Ann H.
