Can this be built in? null

This is not a built-in approved product and requires 2-3 inches of space on the sides and rear of the unit for the compressor to breathe. Please note that "building in" this unit will likely cause the compressor to overheat and not cool properly.

I would so no. The manufacturer also says no. The unit needs air circulation. Definitely intended to be free standing.
