• Yes, all interior shelves on the DBC120BLS can be removed and it does have a reversible door hinge as well.

• You can absolutely switch the direction in which the door swings. While I have not needed to do so, there are detailed instructions in the factory manual. (The unit as it shipped to me has a door that opens to the right, as in the hinge is on the right side but can be made to hinge from the left) the wire shelves inside the refrigerator can in fact be adjusted or removed to suit whatever it is you want to store in there.

• The shelves are movable. There are 8 slots on the outer edge and 4 shelves that can be moved to the desired slot.
